Ho Chi Minh is the largest and most develop city in Vietnam, but Hanoi is then the capital of Vietnam. In the past, Ho Chi Minh is actually called "Saigon". Ho Chi Minh is actually a man's name. He is the first president of Vietnam, the man that lead them to be independent. So in order to honour him,Vietnamese re-name "Saigon" to "Ho Chi Minh". It's about 1hour 45mins flight from Singapore.. And the their time zone is GMT+9 where by Singapore is +8, so meaning that their time is one hour late compare to local..

I feel so proud of myself when i walk out of the airport. Coz instead of taking a taxi to hotel, i took their public BUS! Hahaha. Felt as if i was going back to home town. Hahaha.. Well, taking a bus you can see how vietnamese go to work/school, a more reality encounter of the local life. And it is very cheap! 3,000 VDN = about $0.30! HAhaha.. On the way back to Sg, i took a taxi and it cost me VDN 130,000! About $11! So that much i save! It is quite expensive to take a taxi over there if you are alone, but if u have friend to share with, i guess taxi will be a wiser choice. HAha.. But not because their bus is not good, in fact it is clean! Compare to Singapore, i don't find that their bus is any lousier then ours! Maybe it is even better! Coz there is a radio and tv in the bus! And no matter how far u travel, it cost only VDN 3,000. But the bad is, you need to alight at the bus-stop. Meaning that you are not at the doorstep of your destination! I spend 30min looking for my hotel! That the only bad i guess..

The guy that looking after the hotel is friendly, he can speak English, so no problem communicating. Well, it rain soon after i check in so just stay in hotel and rot. The weather there is like Singapore, one moment it can be sunny, next it will be raining. Haha.. Watched tv for about an hour but so feeling so hungry so i went to borrow and umbrella from the hotel guy and ask him for the nearest fast-food-restaurant. To my surpise, HCM only have KFC! All along i thought i can easily find Mcdonald around the world, to think there is some where in this planet that KFC actually win over Mcdonald. Ha.

A Zinger meal cost VDN 51,000 which is equal to $4+ ba. And It's not really fast-food-restaurant because, most of the food item, they only cook after you order. And after ordering you go look for your seat and they will serve right up to you! Hahaha.. I guess all this service is because there not much local people eating there ba..

Went to the BEN THAM Market in the late afternoon, on the way there(I went there by foot), a motorcycle taxi(Their most common transports) uncle offer to take me to "Post office" and "Notre Dame Cathedral(A French-built Catholic church)" and back to BEN THAM market for VND 20,000. Of coz i agreed, but at the end of the trip, he wanted VND 300,000, as he claim that he had waited for me for about an hour. I refused to give and ask him to call the police come instead or just take VND 30,000. He insist i hop onto his bike and go to the police station, but i refused as i think he might ride me to some where ulu. So you know what he tried to do? He tried to pull me to his bike! Luckily i was not that weak also! Realise that i was no push over also he just Kpkb and accept the VND 30,000.

Don't ever give in to all these tourist hunter! Most of the time they don't dare to call the police. It is not about if you can afford to pay. It is about ....... (I also don't know it is about what, Haha). Just don't be a carrot and let these idiot earn their dirty money these way..!

Worry drains the mind much of its power and, sooner or later, it injures the soul. You chose what type of information enter your mind. To live the best out of each day, you can't afford to injures your soul. Turn the worries to challenge.

Everyday every humans runs thousand of thought through his mind. But 90% of these thought were the same as the ones he thought yesterday. Most likely most were negative, they are captives of their past. Some worry about failed relationship, some financial problem and, some, trifling matters....

Those that run their mind this way let worries rob their soul.. Physically/emotionally..........

To live happily, control your's thought.. Is it a half fill cup or a half empty cup? Your choice.....

Isn't it funny how often we tend to treat friends(even normal friend), a whole lot better then we treat our family member?

We always wanted friend to think well(Steady?) of us SO, we talk more nicely to friends, we are more willing to give small favours to friends then family.. And small favour from strangers most often etched in our memory, where by parents make daily sacrifices for us and we hardly give it a second thought.. You think putting food on that table is easy? Your maintaince is not cheap too.. You may be already working and started giving money to ease off their load, but is that what they really want?

Have you ever plan a surprise birthday party/dinner for your friend? Here is what normally will happen:

You will find a few others friends together brain storming to plan an exciting and fun days for your friends. Some of you will even blow your that month expense to buy new nice clothes to wear on that day, get your hair done, spend hours preparing yourself in front of the mirror, making sure you look your best that day.. Also spending tons of time thinking or searching for an ideal present... And most of you also wound't want to have the dinner in some "Kopitiam", most will chose a nice a restaurant to dine in... A spectacular dinner/ birthday party.. And gifts too..

But when it's your parent birthday, some may even forgotten about it or cant bother with.. You wont spend tons of times searching the present because you feel your parent can get what they want themselve(What make u think your friends can't do that?)... You don't bother to brain storm planning that day for your parents.. Maybe just suggest some "Kopitiam" or anyhow chose a place to eat.. Worst, how many of you don't even spend times with them on that day? I strongly believe quite a handful.. Present? Most do without it.. I had never heard, "Hey, can accompany me go hunt for a present for my parents?"... What i always heard is "Let go and buy present for this and that friends"..... Maybe it's just my friends.... But I don't think so yeah? 

Why is it this way? Our so call friends. or even best friends may not even be with you for the rest of your life.. But parents are there to stay! No matter what it is! Is this what humans best at? Taking good thing for granted yeah? 

PS:Leaving for HCM at 7am flight on thursday, but i only told my mum i won't be around only this afternoon.. But most of my friend know it ways before them.. Should't it be the other way round? My parent shouldn't be the last one to know.. I feel really guilty about this.. If anything happen to me over there, i believe they will be the most worried about it..................

Yes, my new room mate is a pair of "Vampire crab"! Not that i been reading too much twilight saga, but this type of crabs is really named Vampire crab yeah. Haha.. Till now i have no idea why it is called vampire crab too.. Maybe they sleep in the day and more active at night (Just like me, haha)? And they are A class climber! First night i left them in a small fish tank bowl and, the next morning i wake.. One is missing! Luckily i close my room door when sleeping, else i also don't know where to find her.. Haha.. And luckily she nv climb up my bed and bite me yeah.. Haha.. There a pic below showing her covering with dust is the condition she is in when i found her.. Haha..
 
Actually all along been wanting to keep something uncommon pet like crabs, lobster or some uncommon fish like the "Puffer", marine tank yeah!

They're all running like mad, working tirelessly all day, never stopping, never resting.

And for what? To build a tiny little hill of sand that could be wiped out at any monent! All their work could be for nothing, and yet they keep on building. They never give up!

I think most of you cant read the text out there so type it out for you guys! What your feel after reading? Did you tried to reflect it into ur daily life? Or u just feel that you wasted 2min of your life? Haha.. Whatever it is, let me share my view on this.. But before that, let me tell you what most people feel after reading..

Most people feel, We(Humans) should be like the Ants.. Never give up and work hard for our home, our life.. 

My view is totally with Calvin... We(Humans) are like the MORONS ants! We slog our gut out everyday, drag our heavy bodies to wake, just to put food on the tables, provide a shelter over our head.. But anytime, maybe a Recession or Depression will wipe out all our hard work! Or even a major sickness or so.. All ur saving for maybe 10 yrs or so will be wipe out in maybe a few months!

That usually happen to average income family like most of us are in... The riches usually won't be hits like us if there is a storm , reason being, they are not ants........... They work hard to build huge brick castle, while we build small sand castle..

What your views?

July, the month I will be turning 21st. Sadly, it's also one of my worst period of life. Found no reason to laugh, not even an excuse. Too much that is happening prove to me that I'm still weak. Feel like praying "God, Please save me from this pit", but I don't believe in these stuff. Trying to stand by using my will. Hopefully, I will become stronger after this training.

Laughter help us to survive grief and disappointment!

Familiar with "Witch Hunt" tis term? Haha.. This term came about few centuries ago. During the past, whenever something bad like, a plague spreading and killing all their chicken, cow .... or something bad happened to a community, the people in the village will go on a "Witch Hunt". They burned witches to solve problem, which they think witches is the cause of the something bad.. Little did they know that most of the diseases was caused by their own poor condition of living like poor garbage disposal and poor hygiene..

Well, I am sure you people do know there still a lot of people trying to hunt those witches down.. Esp financial plight, more often we fail to blame ourselve when something goes wrong. We always try to find a link to others and make them the witches. Well, I just wanna said smth to those witches hunter that..

"Destiny is not decided by fate!, But by Choices!".

Often what choices we made lead us to where we are now. Before everything start, we have the chance to chose roughly what type of ending we get.. You play around with hookers and get HIV, you don't blame the hooker but yourselve.. When you gamble and lose, u don't blame fate.. Coz u can chose not to gamble and keep the money.. The choice is there.. When u borrow money from loan sharks/bank, you don't blame them for forcing you to make payment.. You know how the deal is and yet u still go ahead, it's your choices.. And i don't believe someone will have to borrow to keep food on the table..

Find the root of your problem and cure it. Stop looking for the witches to burn. It's gonna be a never ending cycle.

Read an interesting article in newpapaer few days back.. After reading my reaction was.. Woah, Blur.... I don't understand how its work but it does really sound cool and amazing..
Its goes like........

George spot a lovely painting of a naked girl and ask the owner of the art gallery, John, "Is this art or pornography?"
John says it's art, so George left a deposit of $1k..

When George leave the store, John took the money and runs over to settle a 1k debt he owes to his son's tuition teacher, Ms Long.

Ms Long has a gambling problem and give tat $1k to her brother, sk to repay the money she had borrowed to play mahjong..

On getting back the $1k that he loan out, Sk ran to computer world to buy a laptop that he been wanting to purchase few months back. He paid $1k to the owner of the shop, Mr Kok.

Mr Kok used the $1k to repay a loan to Frances for fixing his car 1 months ago.

Frances is a full time mechanic and part time art lover. He took the $1k to his art dealer, John, to pay for the last installment on a picece of art work he bought last year.

The next day, George and his wife shows up, too bad, she doesn't want a naked girl on her house wall.. So John return the 1k deposit to George..

Think abount it, George left a 1k deposit and took it back the next day. No income nor profit was generated. But somehow, it had caused $5k of debt of five people to be repaid!
